These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the K Color mobile application (“K Color,” “the App,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use K Color. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
K Color offers auto renewing subscriptions for additional scans and premium features.
Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
You can manage or cancel subscriptions at any time through:
iOS Settings > [Your Apple ID] > Subscriptions
Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
All purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly through:
https://reportaproblem.apple.com
We cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases.
